The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits, unless specified otherwise.
Any damages caused by guests or third-party vendors will be the client’s responsibility.

6. Changes to Event Details

Any changes to the event date, time, or venue are subject to availability and must be communicated in writing.
Additional charges may apply for rescheduling or last-minute adjustments.

7. Force Majeure

Seventhavenue Eventz Private Limited shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or power failures.
